Nordson Selective Coating System

Following our planned expansion, we have recently invested in a Nordson selective coating system.  This is currently in pre-production trials prior to full installation.

This investment allows us to re-enter the conformal coating sector.  Our employees have previous experience of using the Nordson system. This system allows us offer a diverse range of conformal coating materials in conjunction with the Certonal products and 3M™ Novec™ Electronic Grade Coatings.  The system is capable of applying conformal coatings to select areas of the pcba, without the requirement of masking. This significantly reduces the cost per board vs manual spraying.  As part of the coating process, all pcba’s will be cleaned in our co-solvent cleaning machine, with the option of ultrasonic cleaning if desired, prior to coating.
